A Disaster Recovery DWG to provide disaster-relief and humanitarian assistance employment, as well as employment and training services, as appropriate, to minimize the employment and economic impact of delared disasters ad emergency situations, in disaster-declared areas as defined in 20 CFR 687.110(b).

The goal of the QUEST DWG is to enable individuals who have been adversely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and the social and economic inequities that the pandemic exacerbated, to enter, return to, or advance in high-quality jobs in growth industries including infrastructure, environment and climate, the care economy, and other critical sectors such as leisure/hospitality.
